Guest room 2 (private facilities)	2 nights or more	£28 pppn**	***The above prices are given as a guideline only and are based on a 3 days/4 nights stay, eg. arrive Sunday night and depart Thursday morning after breakfast. Prices are based on 2 people sharing a twin bedded room and include all accommodation, all meals and most crafting materials, with some exceptions specified elsewhere. Rooms will be allocated randomly except where requested in advance. No craft retreats are held in Dec or Jan. A non-refundable deposit of £50 is payable on booking, with the balance due 4 weeks before your arrival date. No refund will be paid if cancellation is made less than 2 weeks before retreat is due to start, otherwise 50% of the paid fee will be repaid. No refund will be made if a participant leaves the retreat early, whatever the reason.
**B&B prices are based on 2 people sharing, A single occupancy supplement of £10 may apply. We regret no pets. Rosebank is a totally non-smoking premises (inside and outside) A simple evening meal may be provided on request - please enquire at time of booking. pppn = per person per night
