We do not have a "family room" or facilities for children under 16 years.
Please note that Rosebank is not suitable for wheelchair users as the house has steps to every level including the ground floor.
Guest Room 1 has a picture window and French door, opening onto a private patio area with seating overlooking a wonderful view of the loch and hills beyond - the perfect place to enjoy your early morning cup of tea. It also boasts a luxury en-suite bathroom, equipped with bath with a power shower over, wash-basin, heated towel rail and wc.
Guest Room 2 also has a loch view, and a private shower room equipped with a large-size fully enclosed power shower, heated towel rail, hand-basin and wc.
Both rooms have tea and coffee-making facilities, remote control TV/DVD player and hairdryer, and are prettily decorated and dressed with hand-crafted patchwork quilts and other accessories including pictures painted by a local artist - your hostess, Lorraine!
Breakfast is served in the vaulted dining room, where a varied menu is available daily. Wherever possible we obtain supplies locally, including free-range eggs from a nearby farm, organic tomatoes, Skye smoked salmon, and we bake our own bread most days. Please note that we are not special diet experts, but we will do our best to cater for vegetarians, vegans, diabetics and other dietary needs, providing we are given adequate notice and your understanding!
